STI mission is to exploit Semantics to overcome economic, societal and technological challenges and the limitations of current communication and collaboration technologies through the provision of scientific foundations, technological frameworks, and industrial-strength applications enabling Semantics to become an integral component of modern-day Information Systems.STI International is organized as a collaborative association of interested scientific, industrial and governmental parties that share a common vision. STI International was kicked off in January 2007 in Berlin.

We focus our R&D activity on Semantic Web and the Mobile Internet, working in close cooperation with international technology partners and Italian universities. Within one of such research programs, we developed our own Semantic Content Management System, Xmanager, which has been successfully adopted by major institutions and private organizations in Italy as well as by mobile operators in EMEA.
