As of December 18th 2008, interact has become a joint stock company, Its company corporate name varying from interact srl (LTD) to interact SpA.

Beside the statutory change, a relevant addition has been made to the Company's Capital amount.

With this conversion interact wants to strengthen its position within the present ICT market and its relations with suppliers and customers, as well as increase its capabilities in terms of investments and search of new market opportunities.
interact was founded for the purpose of creating new communication models based on technology. Our staff comprises 60 professionals with different backgrounds and skills working together in teams organized on the basis of market needs.
